Bloodgood - Dangerously Close

The Christian Metal Old School community is in an uproar, classic bands releasing albums something that many people wished, but that it was not a certainty, Stryper, Sacred Warrior, Saint, X-Sinner, King James and some that haven't released any new material, but has been meeting to do shows how Barren Cross and White Cross. The Bloodgood had already shown that had plenty of firewood from back in 2006 and did several shows in Europe (where he won a large fanbase since the ' 80), in which resulted in two DVDs Bloodgood-Live In Norway in 2009 (this officially released), and other recorded in Sweden in 2009 (which disappeared from the band's catalog) and still with pleasant surprise adding Oz Fox the band in 2007, there were seven years of waiting until the band launch Ad for those who (like me) that I was hoping for something nostalgic remembering the Heavy Metal phase of the band, we're going to have to wait a little longer, while this album get some traces of following classic line Bloodgood here is more Hard Rock Groove ala King's X. the album opens with "Lamb Of God" that became a hit on the occasion of the video clip. Les Carlsen proves that age does not prevent to continue singing as early in his career and is in great shape. "Run Away" it is Driving Hard Rock (my favorite) reminding A.S.T.era. "Child On Earth "openswith riffs which refer to solo cd Michael Sweet Truth specifically the track" Truth "but the music is epic with lyrics telling the saga of Christ birth, death and resurrection."I Will "starting slow has a footprint of" No More Tears "Ozzy especially in the bass line from Michael Bloodgood. "Bread Alone" is a song well not necessarily quick energy with variations and galloping guitars. The album follows with some interesting tracks like "Pray" with a mesmerizing base. "I can't Hold On" a midtempo song a bit more modern and pop."Run the Race" other midtempo song but with a Hard Rock footprint."Father Father" a midtempo ballad where Les shows who can sing sweet and tuned. " Man in the Middle "is a sophisticated Hard Rock Groove with bases again mesmerizing."Crush "another ballad but this totally acoustic. "In the Trenches" closes the album with heavy bases and dragged despite not being a fast music, but good energy.
